Eliminate GMOs

In humans, gluten creates intestinal leaks directly into the bloodstream, where infection takes hold. Why wouldn’t infections develop in the human body, if those toxic herbicides blow up insects’ guts who feed on glyphosate (found in Roundup). Other adverse effects of gluten intolerance include depression, seizures, headaches, multiple sclerosis, anxiety, autism, ADHD, and more. I also learned that Soy messes with the body’s hormones, not just in women. Have you noticed that, more and more, we see men growing breasts?

Eliminate Sugar

Often, sugar is the second or third ingredient on a package destined to bring you into that psychiatrist’s office. On top of that, sugar, if not organic, is another GMO creation. Honestly, humans were not built to manage the 22 teaspoons daily that many of us ingest daily. The havoc wreaked on our immune systems and hormones is evidence of its toxicity. Clinically, sugar imbalance can look like depression, panic disorder, and even bipolar disorder, according to Dr. Brogan.
